The projects that have been completed by Assan Yapı include Pendik - Kurtköy Houses, Asım Kibar Vocational and Technical High School, Tuzla Municipality Semiha Kibar Social Facilities, Tuzla Semiha Kibar Teacherage and Tuzla Municipality Waterfall Park.
Also, the renewal of its paint line facility and the construction of the Assan Aluminum Kocaeli Dilovası Factory and the Assan Hani Production Facilities project, which are both investments by the Group, were carried out by Assan Yapı.
Assan Yapı acted as the contractor firm for the “İspak Packaging Factory” project, for which the foundations were laid in June of 2016 at the Asim Kibar Organized Industrial Zone in Izmit. The company is proud to have completed the project, which is one of the largest packaging factories in Europe, within 2016.
