Kibar Dış Ticaret A.Ş., a Kibar Holding company that carries out group exports, received two separate awards at the “Champions of Export” award ceremony organized by the Turkish Exporters Assembly.
With its export performance in 2018, Kibar Dış Ticaret A.Ş. ranked fourth in Turkey and first in the sector in the “Top 1000 Exporting Companies” list announced by the Turkish Exporters Assembly every year.
During the ‘Champions of Export’ Award Ceremony held at Hilton Bomonti Hotel on June 16th with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, top 10 companies and sector champions in the “Top 1000 Exporting Companies 2018” list received their awards. At the ceremony, Kibar Dış Ticaret A.Ş. ranked fourth in the overall standings and first in the Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals category.
Receiving the award on behalf of Kibar Dış Ticaret A.Ş., Kibar Holding Chairman Ali Kibar stated that they were proud to be one of the top 10 companies with the highest export rates in Turkey for years. Pointing out that Turkey has had significant achievements in the field of exports in recent years, Kibar said, “Exports, one of the biggest driving forces of our national economy, will continue to maintain its importance in the coming period. As Kibar Holding, we are an export-oriented industrial group. We export 60 percent of our production. We aim to increase our export rates even further by focusing on new markets in the upcoming period. We will continue to support our country's economy as we have done so far.”
