The construction for the Semiha Kibar Teacherage (Semiha Kibar Öğretmenevi) began on September 1, 2010 in Tuzla. It was submitted to the Tuzla District Directorate of National Education. The Semiha Kibar Teacherage comprises of:
- A layout area of 820 m2
- A construction area of 3,000 m2
- A clubhouse with an area of 305 m2
- A restaurant with an indoor area of 315 m2 and an outdoor area of 350 m2
- A conference hall with a capacity of 226 people and technical volume
- 22 suites, 3 offices, a clinic, a hairdresser for men and women, and administrative units.
