Kibar Holding, one of the pioneering industrial institutions of Türkiye, received the “Equal Opportunities Model” certification given by KAGİDER for its human resources practices that support women’s employment and provide equal opportunities in business life.
The egalitarian human resources practices and women employment supporting policies of Kibar Holding, which is one of Türkiye’s leading producer groups operating in the industry, trade, and service sectors for more than 50 years, successfully passed the independent assessment process and were granted the “Equal Opportunities Model (FEM)” certification given by The Women Entrepreneurs Association of Türkiye (KAGİDER).
Emine Erdem, President of KAGİDER, Selma Akdoğan, Vice President, Esra Bezircioğlu and Beylem Leblebici Birsen, Board Members, Yeşim Seviğ, Secretary General of KAGİDER, Haluk Kayabaşı, CEO of Kibar Holding, Şennur Kuru, Human Resources Vice President, Nilüfer Öker, Corporate Communications Director, and Özge Çakır, Employer Branding and Employee Commitment Manager, attended the certificate delivery ceremony of Kibar Holding, the 45th company receiving this certification, at the holding center in Zorlu Center.

Speaking at the ceremony, President of KAGİDER, Emine Erdem stated that Kibar Holding, which became entitled to receive the FEM certification as a result of an independent assessment process, has demonstrated the importance it attaches to social gender equality and women empowerment on national and international level through this certification. Erdem continued:
“We dream of a world where women and men live together, having equal rights.” We are very happy to become partners with Kibar Holding in this dream of ours and to welcome them to our FEM family. We fully believe that we will become stronger and make our dream come true together. We congratulate Kibar Holding and call on every company to adopt the principles of equal opportunities in human resources policies.”
Haluk Kayabaşı, CEO of Kibar Holding, drew attention to the fact that they accelerated the equal opportunities works in the light of Kibar Holding Sustainability Strategy 2025 and said, “We can form an equal and a bright future only through active participation of women in business life, complete equality in opportunity, and fair human resources practices.
