In Kibar Holding, environmental issues are managed in accordance with national and international standards. The majority of Kibar Group companies have ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification. All of the companies have specialized units in the field of environmental management and work is carried out to increase the environmental awareness of the employees.

We Are A Signatory Of The Women’s Empowerment Principles!
One of the foremost global initiatives of the private sector is the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) platform, which aims for women’s empowerment in order to ensure that women are included in economic life in all business sectors and at all levels. This platform, of which we are also one of the signatories, was established with the partnership of the UN Global Compact and UN Women.
The Women’s Empowerment Principles require that the leaders of the business world be explicitly committed to the principles intended to create corporate policies to improve gender equality.
With the signature of Haluk Kayabaşı, our CEO, we have participated in the WEPs platform consisting of 7 basic principles. These principles are as follows:

We follow up our goals such as increasing the number of women employees and the number of women senior executives, and ensuring full and active participation of women in decision-making processes (Goals G7, G8, and G9) based on 6 performance indicators and publicly share such goals for transparency purposes.
Haluk Kayabaşı, our CEO and the President of Sustainability Committee, is listed in the “50 Sustainability Leaders” of Turkey within the scope of ensuring the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development including “Gender Equality”.
