We carry out all our production and management activities with a multi-dimensional approach to sustainability. As part of our efforts within this scope, we prepared the ‘2025 Sustainability Strategy’ of our Group in line with the United Nations’ (UN) Sustainable Development Goals and targets. This strategy, which we have defined with the ‘Kibar Group Sustainability Principles,’ will provide a basis for the model for transition to a low-carbon circular economy and guide the sustainability efforts in our 22 group companies.” CEO Kayabaşı stressed that the 2025 Sustainability Strategy strengthened Kibar Group’s vision of growing in line with sustainability principles.

Kibar Group 2025 Sustainability Strategy was defined with the Group’s sustainability principles and shaped with the sustainability priorities determined with a large number of participants. 40 targets have been set by analyzing the contributions that Kibar Group has made and will make to the targets that the UN Global Compact aims to achieve by 2030. The performance indicators for these 40 targets and the achievements in 2019 were also included in the Sustainability Report. The following targets stand out among the Group’s sustainability targets for 2025: achieving economic growth in line with sustainability principles, prioritizing the health of employees, increasing professional development and participation, maintaining the highest standards of product and service quality, completing digitalization processes, ensuring the sustainable management and efficient use of natural resources, contributing to the efforts to combat climate change, and increasing the efforts within the scope of social responsibility projects.
