The results of the April 23 Painting Competition, traditionally held by Kibar Holding, one of Turkey’s leading industrial enterprises, were announced. Children between the ages of 4 and 11 participated in the competition, which was held under the theme of “Dreaming” on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Kibar Holding, with paintings titled “The Game of Dreaming,” “My Job Is to Dream,” and “Dream Designers of the Future.”
The 6th edition of Kibar Holding’s April 23 Painting Competition was held under the theme of “Dreaming” to celebrate Kibar Holding’s 50th anniversary. Organized on the occasion of National Sovereignty and Children's Day, celebrated on April 23, the painting competition was held face-to-face for the first time in two years. The finalists were selected by a jury consisting of pediatricians and art teachers. The award ceremony of the competition was attended by Ali Kibar, Chairman of Kibar Holding, and Haluk Kayabaşı, CEO of Kibar Holding.
Haluk Kayabaşı, CEO of Kibar Holding, stated that they considered Kibar Holding’s April 23 Painting Competition as a project intertwined with art to raise awareness among younger generations. He said, “We are carrying out activities to provide better educational opportunities for children, the guarantors of the future, and enable equal access to quality education. Today, the paintings of children, the guarantors of our future, brought us together here. The paintings sent by children every year show us that these children are on the right track, and give us hope for the future. This new and strong generation is interested in science and art. We will continue to encourage them with motivational projects and other events, such as the April 23 Painting Competition.”
